Broken insert new page Visio 2003

Hi,

I tried using a Visio add-on for Jackson Structure Diagrams, which were ok,
but I decided to take it out.
I followed the instructions, and the menu etc has gone, but now I can't
insetr a new page into any diagrams.

the right click on the page tabs on the bottom is grey'ed out, and in the
insert menu, new page is grey'ed out too.

Anyone come across this before

Well, as I'm the author of this add-on I suppose I'd better handle this!
The addon handles creating new pages here, so the insert page menu was removed on purpose.
This was because the plain insert page option just creates a blank page without all the
other stuff required for the JSD diagrams. What didn't the JSD addon do that you require?

However, I've just tried this for myself and deleting the addon should allow the Insert
Page menu to work.
Have you properly deleted the addon?
