Visio 2010 Feature Request - Save as .design file or save as xaml

I think it would be a great feature for Visio 2010 to be able to directly
save a drawing as a Expression Design file. Visio can be much faster for
getting basic designs started (expeciallly for those of us more familiar with
Visio than Design), and then the file could be sent over to the Expression
Design Team for further enhancements. How tough could this be to do since
both Visio and Expression Design use vector graphics?

At least we should be able to save a visio drawing as XAML by now. The
add-in has been around for some time, but why should we have to use an
add-in? This should be a direct feature!

With all the MS push for Silverlight and WPF development enhancements and
collaboration tools, I would think these features would be on top of the
Visio Team's list of to-do's for Visio 2010!

It appears you may have missed it. John Goldberg does mention it on his blog
