Installing Visio 2007 on new computer

I had an old labtop with Visio 2002 on it which I upgraded using a Visio 2007
Upgrade disk. This machine fialed so I have a new labtop but I can't locate
the Visio 2002 disk, only the Visio 2007 upgrade. How can I install the full
version of Visio 2007 using just this Upgrade disk?

Paul if you have an upgrade disk the process requires either a previous
version of Visio be installed on the computer or that you have access to the
install source. If you have any proof that you owned a previous version of
Visio Microsoft Support might be able to help.
