Visio opens files automatically when i open Visio. It seems to be a recovery
issue because they always come up with the VISIO default names: Drawing1,
Drawing2 etc.

I have tried saving the files but it keeps reappearing. Any Suggestions.
Thanks

Check to see if you have a Visio AutoRecover INI file (*.ini) in either the
Visio folder under either ..\Application Data\Microsoft or ..\Local
Settings\Application Data\Microsoft. In Visio 2003 the file will be named
'AutoRecover11.ini'. If you find that file, exit Visio, then either rename,
move, or just delete the *.ini file and start Visio again to see if you
still get the problem.

Visio 2003 and 2007 INI file location on Windows XP:
-<drive letter>:\Documents and Settings\<username>\Local
Settings\Application Data\Microsoft\Visio

Visio 2002 INI file location on Windows XP:
-<drive letter>:\Documents and Settings\<username>\Application
Data\Microsoft\Visio

In Vista, the Documents and Settings folder is called Users.
